How does per-employee pricing work?
You pay a monthly fee for each employee in your organization that Meridian monitors. Your plan determines which features are available. Each tier has a minimum seat requirement: Monitor (10), Protect (25), and Enterprise (100).
What's the annual billing discount?
Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. For example, Protect drops from $10/emp/mo to $8/emp/mo when billed annually.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens after the free trial?
The 14-day free trial is available on the Protect tier with full access to all Protect features. After the trial, you'll be billed at $10/emp/mo (or $8/emp/mo annually). Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.
Does Meridian read employee messages or documents?
By default, Meridian only analyzes metadata — who owns what, who collaborates with whom, meeting attendance patterns. We do not read message content or document text unless you explicitly opt in to content analysis features.
